Jade is a superb tutor! My son is on the spectrum and I was quite anxious whether we would find a tutor that would understand him. Previous tutors hadn't lasted, so I was quite apprehensive. However, from our initial consult online and then an in-person session with Jade, all my fears were laid to rest. From their first tutor session, my son liked Jade very much. He came out of his shell and became very responsive to the lesson. He loved the sessions so much and always looked forward to them.

Jade is gentle yet firm. She is professional and always steers the lesson to its learning objective. She is very understanding of the child and extremely thorough. She is tireless in seeking the child's improvement in the areas they are struggling with. She came up with different strategies to suit my son's learning needs. Due to this, my son's comprehension of Reading, Literacy, and Maths Reasoning has greatly improved, and so has his confidence.

I have had Jade working with my child in year 2 and my nephew, who is in reception, for about 6 months now.
My main reason for seeking a tutor for both children was to give the additional support that the school may miss due to the high demands on them. I wanted my child to grow in confidence in learning and her reading and writing as she didn’t have much interest in it. I wanted my nephew (as he was just starting reception) to work on his concentration in class.
My daughter has come along so fast and is now a confident reader who enjoys reading on her own. Each lesson she has had with Jade is vast improvement from where she started. My nephew has also improved and continues to work at a good pace with Jade.
Jade is a confident and practical teacher who brings new and innovative ways to each lesson. She is a well versed educator who is passionate about her work and throughly enjoys her work. Jade is punctual, polite and very friendly. I hope to be able to work with Jade for the foreseeable future.

Jade is an amazing tutor who has really boosted my son's learning. She is reliable and has a lovely warm character. My son was apprehensive about having a tutor after past experiences but from day one she made him feel comfortable and tailored enjoyable lessons around his needs, which has made him look forward to his next sessions.

She also gives very detailed feedback back at the end of the sessions so I know exactly what he has learnt, what to expect next and where he is in terms of his progress. She also gives a full structure of what will be covered in sessions based on his needs.

Jade is a very confident speaker with a warm energy. She makes sure her presentations are interactive and her approach is child centred, helping parents better understand their kids’ needs and support them in a productive way to improve their behaviour in general and their behaviour towards learning. I had the pleasure of attending a workshop featuring Jade as a speaker, and I was deeply impressed by her commitment to promoting healthy childhood development. My son isn't a native speaker, he joined the local primary school 2 years ago. Naturally, we're concerned about his secondary education.

Jade was an excellent tutor for my daughter in year 1. I contacted her when we temporarily moved to the UK from America and needed assistance with the transition. My daughter was in kindergarten in the US, but when we moved, she had to transition to year 1 due to the differences in the school systems. With Jade's help, my daughter could focus on the areas that would help her succeed at her grade level and receive guidance to reinforce her learning at home. Collaborating with someone who grasped the curriculum was fantastic, bridging the gap between my understanding and the teachers' instruction at the school. Needless to say, my daughter greatly exceeded all expectations. She went from being below grade level in January 2024 to working above grade level by June 2024. I believe this would not have been possible without Jade’s support, warm teaching methods, patience, and passion for education.
